The site, a 3-bedroom 1930s end of terrace house, was owned by a private landlord and in use as an unofficial HMO. Significant remedial works were required to restore the property. We recognised the value opportunity in subdividing into two large 3-bedroom flats. We significantly extended the property, increasing the floorspace by around 80%. The flats were sold within the first week of marketing, achieving multiple offers and ultimately sold on sealed bids.
