The site was a 3-bedroom, unextended 1930s end of terrace house. Structurally sound but completely unmodernised, the location lent itself to professional accommodation. We extended the property to the rear and into the loft and converted into a 6-room HMO. Each room offers studio-style accommodation with ensuite shower room and a “dry kitchen”. The property also offers its residents a communal kitchen space, laundry facilities and a shared garden.
