We acquired this terraced Victorian building pre-auction in summer 2024. It had previously been subdivided into four flats sometime in the 1980s. Although partially tenanted, the flats were in a sorry state. We conducted a full back to brick refurbishment, addressing damp issues which are common in buildings of this age in Brighton. With their spectacular off-seafront location and proximity to Kemptown “village”, these flats proved immensely popular with buyers.
