Formerly a four bedroom house which had fallen into a state of disrepair, we acquired the property through auction in summer of 2022. Whilst most developers viewed the house as a two-flat conversion, we saw the opportunity to relocate the staircase which would enable us to configure the space as three spacious apartments. The garden was split to provide two of the flats with a private garden. The facade of the property, including its period mouldings, was also fully restored.
